Kais Badran is a Syrian entrepreneur and international speaker based in the United Arab Emirates, with over two decades of experience driving innovation, leadership development, and business growth on a global scale. He is the Founder and CEO of Grey Matter Group, an organisation dedicated to unlocking human potential through sustainable human development, biotechnology, and entrepreneurship.

Kais has collaborated with governments, global institutions, and industry leaders across 71 countries, and has contributed to growth initiatives supporting more than 150 Fortune Global 500 companies. Known for his compelling storytelling and science-based approach to human performance, he delivers over 200 trainings annually, leading transformational programmes for organisations such as BVLGARI, PepsiCo, and the World Bank.

Beyond his commercial work, Kais is deeply committed to social impact, volunteering in initiatives supporting cancer and chronic-disease patients across the Middle East.

Mohamed is a Talent Advisor and HR Consultant with over 33 years of success in the HR profession, practising on both sides of the business table — operations as well as consultancy — with extensive hands-on facilitation, coaching, and leadership assessment.

He has held senior roles in a number of leading corporations, including Planning & Follow-up Director for the Council of Saudi Chambers, HR Director for DP World, HR & Admin Director for Pico Modern Agriculture, and Corporate Personnel Manager for Al-Ahram Beverages Company. His portfolio spans FMCG, port management, services, manufacturing, telecom, and the non-profit sector, across the Middle East, the Gulf, and North Africa.

He holds a Doctorate and a Master of Business Administration, and a B.Sc. in Commerce — completing his DBA with Toronto International University in 2014.

Saad brings more than 16 years of HR and business management experience across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, working with local, national, and multinational organisations spanning real estate, construction, hospitality, tourism, technology, events, logistics, and beauty. His expertise covers the full spectrum of HR — talent acquisition, organisational development, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits — alongside labour law and social and medical insurance.

His career includes HR roles at Misr Italia Holding, The AlKholi Group in Saudi Arabia — where he was promoted to group training supervisor for over 6,000 employees — and St. Regis Cairo during its opening as the city's largest luxury hotel. He was also Co-founder and Partner of Europe Hospitality across Dubai and Egypt. He holds a Business Management degree from Ain Shams University and a Professional Certificate in HR from the American University in Cairo. His guiding belief: "HR is not the enemy, but the family."

Muhammad is a seasoned real estate executive with more than 18 years of experience spanning development, commercial leasing, business development, sales leadership, and project management. He has held leadership positions with prominent developers including Melee Development and Al Ahly Sabbour Developments, where he led high-performing teams, shaped growth strategies, and negotiated landmark partnerships across the hospitality, retail, education, medical, and entertainment sectors.

His portfolio includes collaborations with internationally recognised hospitality brands and the commercialisation of major mixed-use developments and income-generating assets. He holds an MBA with Honours in Strategic Management from AASTMT, a Professional Program in Project Management from the American University in Cairo, and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University. As a practitioner and lecturer, he is passionate about bridging theory with practice — sharing real-world case studies and proven strategies in sales, leasing, and commercial real estate.

A graduate of the Ain Shams University Faculty of Medicine in 2011, he began his career at In Shape, one of Egypt's largest aesthetic clinics, where he practised for three years before establishing his own group of clinics under the name Aura Clinic.

Alongside his clinical work, he has built an international training and commercial profile across the aesthetics industry — serving as a certified trainer for Dermaqual Paris throughout the Middle East, Marketing Director for the Middle East at Italy's Cosmo Mack, Operations Manager for Nevo Pharm across Egypt and the Middle East, and a certified trainer for Tecla Global in Dubai.
